We developed this list of five safe countries for women to visit. However, there are many other countries that are great for women travelers. Here are the five we've listed:

Finland

If you're a nature lover, Finland is the country for you. Finland is located in Northern Europe; therefore, it can get very cold. If you're looking for winter activities, the best time to visit is between December and March. For long summer days, you'll want to visit between June and August. Finland's capital, Helsinki is full of fashion, art, and water activities - making it a can't miss destination. You can also catch the Northern Lights in Northern Lampland. Switzerland

Famous for its Swiss Alps, cheese, chocolate, and much more, Switzerland is another European country deemed safe for women travelers. It's also a great country for nature lovers.
